Non-Criminal:

• All non-criminal fingerprints are completed by The Town of Hamburg Detective Bureau, free of charge.
• Town of Hamburg residents only, please bring proper picture identification and your own fingerprint card.
• This service is available by appointment only - Tuesday's from 5:00 pm to 6:45 pm, Wed. & Thurs. from 9:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
• Dates and times subject to change or cancellation due to manpower restrictions.
  
  Criminal:
  
  
• All criminal fingerprints are completed by the Town of Hamburg Identification Bureau prior to arraignment on charges filed in the Town of Hamburg Justice Court for misdemeanors and felonies.
• Criminal fingerprints are digitally scanned using the RICI fingerprint system and are forwarded to the FBI and New York State Department of Criminal Justice Services for Processing.
