The Fitness Center, located on the upper level of the beach house, is open year round and offers an array of cardiovascular equipment, freeweights, weight machines, and a separate aerobics room.The Fitness Center is staffed with certified personal trainers and aerobic instructors. Due to a covenant on the property deed, the facility is open to Town of Hamburg residents only. Resident discount cards are required for membership and are available on site. Registrants may choose from monthly or yearly membership options. For further information, please call the Fitness Center or the Recreation office.
NOTE: A valid beach sticker is required for parking.

NOTE: Weight machines, free weights, treadmills, elliptical trainers, Jacob’s Ladder, recumbent bike, stair climbers, stationary bikes. Aerobic classes included in full membership.
